Since 1928, the Cazaudehore family, from father to son, has transformed a humble “buvette” into a celebrated establishment in the western suburbs of Paris.
Chef Gregory Balland has evolved the restaurant’s menu towards inventive and lighter cuisine while never forgetting the family’s roots: the Southwest of France. It is this blend of tradition and innovation, paired with a wine cellar boasting over 400 selections, that has made the Maison renowned.
The restaurant offers a warm and intimate atmosphere, relaxed yet cozy, where the surrounding nature can still make its presence felt even in winter. As soon as the weather permits, the restaurant opens onto a terrace embraced by the forest, with all its scents, sounds, and mysteries.

JAZZAUDEHORE For over 15 years, Philippe Cazaudehore, a fan of feeling, scat, and swing, has been taking jazz off the beaten path with a unique escape into the Saint-Germain-en-Laye forest.
With a deep passion for pre-1950s jazz, a special love for Gypsy jazz, and an openness to contemporary jazz, he offers us an eclectic selection, always chosen from the finest ensembles, to share and explore the diverse world of jazz.
