Right in the heart of the forest at Saint-Germain-en-Laye, you will succumb to the charm of this golf club created in 1922. It has two courses, an 18-hole one and another with 9 holes, Both were designed by the English architect, Harry Shapland Colt.
Come and perfect your swing at the golf course of Saint Germain:
- The Grand Parcours: in the Saint-Germain forest, this course designed by Harry Colt is relatively flat but includes some installed features that add relief. The numerous bunkers play an important role; superbly designed and built, they are strategically positioned and number 116 in total.
- The Parcours des Genêts: a 9-hole course also designed by Harry Colt in 1922, with undulating greens that allow players of all levels to practise throughout the year.
Since its creation, the Golf de Saint-Germain has hosted the French Open 9 times, as well as a number of international tournaments attracting the greatest amateur and professional golfers. Federal, national and international competitions are held here every here.
The Golf de Saint-Germain is a private golf club reserved exclusively for its members on weekends and open to visitors on weekdays, from Tuesday to Friday.
