Bagelstein know-how is:

Therefore, we make everything ourselves. Apart from the donuts (frozen and greasy, but so good…), everything sold in our shops is therefore homemade by our bakers and pastry chefs. And because in addition to being pretentious, we are extremely paranoid: we think that freezers damage our products, harm them…. so they're not our friends and we don't freeze anything.
