The "Seed Factory" - Saint Germain Boucles de Seine

From the late 19th century, this building located in the town centre played an important role in the life and trade of Houilles. It is testament not only to the rural past of the surrounding region, but also to the town's sociological evolution and its urban development. As an art centre and multidisciplinary cultural hub, the municipality's decision to renovate the property has opened up whole new possibilities.
The cultural centre hosts living arts performances (music, theatre, street arts and circus acts), as well as artistic and cultural activities (creative distribution, promotion, workshops, etc.)
The art centre supports emerging art forms, of which it aims to showcase the plurality of expression.
