Fitness trail at Espace Jemmapes - Saint Germain Boucles de Seine

The Jemmapes park covers 8,400 m² and was entirely reorganised in 2013. It comprises a grass area of 3,200 m² and a beautiful arboretum with around forty different species of trees (cork oak, maple, ash, beech, eucalyptus, etc.)
There is a 600-metre fitness trail for teenagers and adults, comprising a series of 8 exercises for a real physical education session. For each exercise, a panel indicates its nature and level of difficulty as well as the number of repetitions for the desired effect. The trail takes 30 minutes. At its centre, there is a climbing wall for children.

The park also has a boules pitch where you can try your hand at pétanque.
