The museum invites you to follow Sartrouville's development through the centuries via paintings, photographs and models.
Immerse yourself in the Sartrouville of days gone by in the first room with the history of the church, the commune's mills, the Swiss guards and General Demont. A retrospective of famous people who lived or stayed in Sartrouville will arouse your curiosity.
In the second room, you will discover a detailed reconstruction of Sartrouville's former industrial activities, particularly aviation. A display devoted to school life will amuse children!

Je me suis rendu sur place en marchant a pied depuis St Germain en Laye à Sartrouville la plongée dans le Sartrouville d'antan m'a vraiment passionnée tout est très bien exposé et bien documenté je conseille à tous de faire un petit détour à ce musée cela vaut vraiment le détour.... Eric Lamour
