In flexible form of a town house in which we live on the upper floors and located 5 minutes walk from Houilles station, the accommodation, with a ceiling height of 2m10, is composed of three well-proportioned rooms.

Completely independent of the dwelling house, this small 23m2 setting is ideal for welcoming you during your business trips, for tourism in Paris and its region or even to come and see family, but you will like to find yourself at the sheltered from noise and outside activity, inside this cozy cocoon which will allow you to recover and fully enjoy your evenings.
We offer this accommodation consisting of 3 living spaces: kitchen / living room, bedroom and bathroom with toilet.
The ceiling height of the accommodation is 2m10 and all the rooms in the accommodation are ventilated by a VMC.
For this, you will have with your reservation:
On the bedroom side – a suitcase corner that will allow you to free up space, a large drawer and shelves will offer you the possibility of unfolding your luggage and being comfortable and high quality bedding with a thick mattress and soft will be made available to you, because a holiday or work reservation begins with quality nights!
Ideal for 2 people, you can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Living room side - a wifi internet connection to organize your stay or work and TNT channels on the television side. A gas central heating radiator is present, as well as a 1500w electric radiator when the central heating is not yet on in the off-season. A space under the TV cabinet allows you to store your shoes and not clutter your space.
An electric shutter is present on the window of the living room.
On the kitchen side – you will be seduced by the quality of the equipment in the kitchen area: a fridge, a two-burner induction hob with its extractor hood, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher for 6 place settings and a Nespresso coffee machine . All the necessary crockery is available to make the most of this space. A snack work plan of 120 x 60 allows 3 people to have lunch with ease.
